Mr. O. Moreno

Mr. Orlando J. Moreno is a 2007 Donna High School graduate and second-generation educator in Donna ISD.  He holds degrees in Business Administration and Educational Administration, along with a Superintendent's certification earned in 2024.  With 15 years of experience including roles at Donna High and Donna North.  He is dedicated to student success and continuing a proud tradition of excellence.  He looks forward to creating a positive and supporting environment for all students, staff and families.
