Our students visited Donna North High School for the Child Nutrition Program’s Annual Food Expo.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to sample different food options and take part in the selection process for next year’s school menu. Their feedback will help shape the meals that will be served across the district!

Yesterday, our 6th grade students attended the annual College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Fair! Thank you to Donna Independent School District for organizing such a meaningful event for our students.
Students had the opportunity to explore CTE programs, connect with local colleges, and speak with military representatives. The engagement, curiosity, and thoughtful questions we saw today were truly inspiring!

Our Battle of the Books team competed against the four middle schools in Donna and earned 1st place! We are so proud of their hard work and dedication—they have been preparing all year for this moment.
We were also honored to have author Xavier Garza visit and present to our students. He even gifted them a signed copy of his book, making the day extra special!
